The implementation of a JEP Review Report recommendation

QUALIFYING CONDITIONS:
A judge who fully satisfies on Find A Judge the L3 JEP requirements for a breed may now use an historic A3 Hands-on Assessment OR Judges Development Programme (JDP) Credit in lieu of a Breed Specific Assessment (BSA) to progress to L4 (CC) status

The A3 Hands-on Assessment must:
have been completed no later than 31 December 2025
have been undertaken in accordance with the Code of Best Practice for the Running of a Breed Seminar and Judging Competence Assessment
have been successfully passed and evidenced with a certificate or equivalent
be utilised under this procedure no later than 31 December 2029
